Shipping Policy

At Synclastic Health, we strive to process and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.  We ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.


Order Cut-Off Time

To ensure same-day processing, please place your order by 3:00 PM EST (12:00 PM PT).
Orders placed after the cut-off or over the weekend will ship on the next business day.


Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS and include tracking information.
Most packages arrive within 1–5 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your USPS tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to appear on USPS.com.


USPS Holidays

We do not ship on postal holidays when USPS is closed.

Order Receipts & Email Notifications

Every order automatically generates an email receipt and shipping confirmation.
If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder and mark our emails as safe to prevent future filtering.

If you still haven’t received your confirmation, it may be due to a typo in your email address or a different email used at checkout.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
We ship exactly to the address provided at checkout, and incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery.

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you upon receipt.
A $9.99 re-shipping fee will apply to resend your order.

Please note: Synclastic Health & Research is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by USPS.
If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please verify your address and contact your local post office.


Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We cannot process refunds or cancellations once an order has been shipped or marked as processed —
including undeliverable or unclaimed packages.

Please review all information carefully before placing your order and contact us immediately if corrections are needed.

Returns & Damaged Orders

At Synclastic Health & Research, product safety and quality are our top priorities. Because of the nature of our supplements, all sales are final and we’re unable to accept returns. This ensures every item we ship remains fresh, secure, and uncompromised for our customers.

Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise unusable, we’ll make it right.

How to file a claim (within 7 days of delivery):

1) Email our support team using the contact form.

2) Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

3) Keep all packaging and contents until we complete our review—this helps us process the claim quickly.

Once received, our team will review your case and provide the appropriate resolution—typically a replacement or another suitable remedy.

Important Notes

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Claims reported after 7 days of delivery or without required documentation may not be eligible.

Please do not discard items or packaging until your claim is resolved.
